As history has demonstrated, a relatively handful of humans with strong determination to pursue them has an outsize impact on the rest of us. Kolencherry, the outgoing chief editor of the Fransalian International, has been such an influence, especially in streamlining the type of Fransalian bulletin the Congregation needed in reaching out to people and to the confreres. His skills as an editor were much like his skills as a researcher in that he had a remarkable ability to identify with great clarity the essential problem and to seek out the appropriate data and evidence necessary for arriving at sound plans for action. While the members of the editorial board acknowledge with profound gratitude his contributions to the FI, we wish him all the best and God's choicest blessings on his new assignment as Parish Priest of St Mary's Church, Solothurn Switzerland.
