October 3-4, 2003 were days of rejoicing for the people of Mambali and Shitage, two outstations of the parish of Itaga around 125 km away from the centre, when His Grace Rt. Rev. Mario Mgulunde, the Archbishop of Tabora, blessed and inaugurated them. At this solemn occasion, His Grace spoke of the Missionaries of St Francis de Sales as agents of proclamation of the Good News in the very interior locations braving painful sicknesses and lack of facilities.
