It is very heartening to note that there have been a number of first professions in most of our various Provinces and Missions. The Mission of Chad-Cameroon had the first profession of two of its first candidates. There was one first profession in East Africa Province, 67 in the five Indian Provinces, one in Franco-Swiss Province, one in English Province, and two in Chile Mission. This will take the total number of professed confreres to 1200 in all. It is a thought that must make us raise our hearts in praise and glory to God.
